No Returns

We do not offer returns on any of our products, as each outfit is specially made for you.
Exchange Policy

We provide exchange only in case of size issues.

Exchange is subject to product availability in the required size.

The outfit must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Exchange

If you wish to exchange due to a size issue, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are required to send the parcel back to the address provided. (152/2, Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan- 302020)

Once we receive and inspect the outfit, the exchange will be processed.
Important Notes

We do not provide reverse pickup services. Shipping charges for sending the product back are to be borne by the customer.

Exchange will not be accepted if the product is found to be used, damaged, or altered.

In case the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a credit note valid for your next purchase.
