Thank you for shopping at Mevinine. As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold as all our shipments are made to order
we aim to be accurate and descriptive while describing the product fit, size and pattern. however, mevinine is open for size exchange of the same product in bigger and smaller forms within four days from the time of delivery, provided the product should be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all its packaging and labels intact and in the same condition.

we do not have a reverse pick-up facility for now. please send the product back to us by yourself.do not forget to tag the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with the signature and mobile number. Mevinine will not be responsible for any lost shipment. the cost of exchange shipment is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. we recommend exchange items through tradeable mail.
Once the product is reached in our warehouse, it goes under the quality check and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested new size within 10-12 working days.

please note- exchange for size is allowed only once per order
due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colour etc, there might be slight colour differences, therefore we will not be able to make any exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material and quality, as everything is well explained and mentioned in the product description and will be delivered the same.

1.However if a customer receives a damaged or wrong product, or any manufacturing defect is there, then we are open to resolve the problem. you can report your problem or raise your query by writing to us at contactus@mevinine.com or call us at 9799905075, 9644191114 within 24 working hours from the time of delivery. kindly note, it is mandatory to have a video of opening the parcel, failure to which we will not be able to proceed the exchange. our team will investigate & revert within 24 working hours. please ensure that the product is unused, unworn & the labels are intact and in saleable conditions.

01 Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please call us on +91-9929976559 or write to us at contactus@mevinine.in to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website. kindly note– prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mevinine and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
02 Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can only exchange the size of the product.. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
03 My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability.
04 Why my exchange is not accepted?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Exchange/Return not accepted if customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering, as the same product will be delivered to you.
